We contacted Universal about a quote for painting the exterior of our house which had not been painted in at least 20 years. Jeff was quick to reply and came out with a couple days to get what he needed for an estimate. In terms of selecting colors, Jeff's advice to go to Dunn-Edwards paint store to look at their color wall was spot on - wow, was that a great idea! What's more, Carlos, the leader of the crew that did the prep and paint work, was one of the best people we've had working on our property - high-quality work, reached out when he needed to get our input, and super clean. Our house looks good as new! I would highly recommend Universal to paint your house.

Five stars all around! Wanted to get exterior painting done for our home so I reached out to several companies for quotes. Jeff (owner) came out that same day to look at the house and was very timely with the turnaround for our proposal. We ultimately decided to contract with Universal and we are so happy we did! The project took 6 days in total for the prep and paint. The team of two guys came out every morning around 7am to start the project and did a phenomenal job. The guys also did a great job with the clean up and put everything back where it was. Jeff came by every other day to check up on the progress and work that was being done. Definitely appreciated his recommendations, timely communication (via email, text, phone call), and friendliness. Price was competitive/reasonable compared to two other companies we received quotes from. One major thing that led me to selecting Universal was being able to communicate with Jeff directly instead of having to go through a receptionist as I found with other companies. We’re extremely happy with the work that was done and have already recommended him to family & friends.
